I came into Meridian in January knowing nothing about treatment or what to expect. What I received was beyond anything I'd ever thought possible. The Meridian team provided me with a stringent program which helped me build a foundation for a better way of life. The group therapy sessions were unique and covered a wide variety of real-life issues and scenarios which we face daily. They brought to light the reality of the diseases of addiction and mental health which we struggle with daily. All of the therapists who are part of the Meridian team are incredible at what they do. Their genuine concern and passion for us is something I've never found anywhere. For the first time in my life, I've been able to get down to the root of my issues with a therapist I trust. The progress I've made is something I never thought I would see happen for me. The living arrangements here are very nice. Being at Meridian felt like home. The tight-knit community of women here became my family and I am truly grateful to have experienced that type of bond. The techs who manage the clients at each property are extremely accommodating and helpful. I've never been hesitant to ask for anything I need. They always made sure I was taken care of. It is clear that Meridian emerged from a genuine place of love and care. The founder and owner of Meridian is a part of every aspect of this program. He meets with us every day and is 100% committed to helping us succeed. He understands our struggles because he's been through them and seen them all. He sincerely cares for each and every person who walks through the doors of Meridian. If you need him, he is there without question. If you follow his program every day, take in his wisdom and guidance, you will succeed. Meridian is a loving family that pours out an abundance of care and support for each and every person who is within these walls. I strongly believe that this place will change your life as it has changed mine, and it is here for the taking if you are willing and ready.

Hey! I’ve been with Meridian Treatment Solutions since October 3rd 2017. Not only was I brought clarity and function to my life but there is a joyous happy and free vibe around here. I didn’t get here on my own. I was recommended by my brother to search here for a remedy to my addiction. I have spent years trying to get clean and sober. I wouldn’t be telling you today that I am not only clean and sober but happy, joyous and free, too. Want to get the help you deserve? From in patient to iop I have had support and guidance from some of the best people, therapist, mentors and counselors I have ever met. I am accountable. I am responsible. I am independent. I am still working towards my goals and I am making progress each and every day. I have a Sponser, I work the steps, I go to meetings daily and I practice pray and meditation of my own understandings. I was taught to be honest I learned what having hope feels like and my faith has strength. Addiction is a disease. YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Ask yourself, what expectations you have of sobriety? Will you be happy and sober? Live your sobriety. Let the promises and traditions hold you up. Let yourself network amongst great support. I found my home group here. I found all the tools I needed to cope without picking up. I am a new person today. Though I may be less than a year into my sobriety I urge you to start a new day into yours.

From someone who has previous experiences with other treatment centers, I was totally in awe of how caring the Meridian staff is. I have never felt so supported in my recovery. Everyone at Meridian goes out of they're way to ensure that clients feel cared for, safe, and supported in their recovery, without exception. The owner is personally involved in Everyone's recovery, which I've never seen before. If it weren't for Meridian, I don't know where I'd be. Will be forever grateful.

I am very fortunate I found Meridian and not some other treatment center. ( was heading to my first treatment center). The staff and facility was well structured and professional they became like family. Meridian helped me find my underlying issues and how to fix them to stay sober. This was my first and only treatment center. This place truly was amazing. I knew within just a few days of being there that they truly cared about you as a person and cared to see you succeed in sobriety. The staff was amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a better rehab to start my journey at. I tell people all the time I don’t know if I could have just kept it to one rehab if this wasn’t my first one.

I came to Meridian a scared broken little girl who couldn’t even look a person in the eye. I had never been to treatment before and I had forgotten how to live or contribute to society without drinking and using. I couldn’t hold a job or a relationship with my family or anyone else. This was my first time attending a drug and alcohol treatment program and God blessed me when I was randomly sent to Meridian out of all of the others that are out there. The staff and clinical team actually cared about my wellbeing. I was able to get the 1 on 1 attention that I needed and I was not treated as just a number in a group of people. I was challenged to change my thinking and I gained tools that I am now using to stay sober 2 and a half years later. The owner and the rest of the clinical staff understand that we do not change over night and they WILL NOT give up on anyone for that reason. Meridian has become family to me and I am so grateful for the beautiful life that they have helped me make because if I didn’t end up at this treatment center, I don’t know where I would be.

Meridian Treatment Solutions not only saved my life, they taught me how to live life, and enjoy life clean and sober. The clinical team is outstanding, plus there always available when you need them. The community I lived with became an extended family. Being at Meridian. I learned I wasn't alone with how I feel, there's never any judgement with mistakes made. Groups taught me were all the same, this showed me how to trust again, how to reach out for help. I was taught the first defense against using and my life is totally different, so much better. MERIDIAN SAVED MY FAMILY!!! There are few things worse than having your child (or children) become addicted to heroin. The daily lying, stealing and overwhelming worry that they will overdose. The last five years of my life I have faced having two of my children succumb to this insidious disease. But there is hope and there is help! My children and I are grateful to Meridian Treatment Solutions for providing a nurturing environment while teaching not only the steps of recovery, but how to take ownership and responsibility of their lives. My older son who completed 90 days at Meridian is now in recovery 18 months. He is living in a sober living home, holding down a full time job and paying his own bills. So proud of his progress! My daughter has been a heroin addict for 2 ½ years. She has been in and out of out-patient programs without success. I knew she needed more and reached out to Meridian again. My first contact was with a gentleman in admissions. He listened through my tears about my concerns and needs for my daughter. He followed up with me on a regular basis – as I was ready for her recovery long before she was; he continuously assured me that when she was ready they, at Meridian, would be ready for her as well. She is now clean 6 weeks! What a huge transformation in this short time. I am grateful to her therapist who has met with us for family therapy and works closely with my daughter on a daily basis. The other clinicians, medical staff and tech’s are first rate and have been very attentive to all of her needs. Meridian has saved my family & I am forever grateful!!!

Meridian was the most loving and caring recovery environment I’ve every been in. The treatment team knows what they are doing, and their unique approach to addiction makes them stand out and above the other rehabs in south Florida. I gained a family here. Life long friends. Meridian helped save my life! The amount of care and compassion that Hotse and the staff showed me was incredible. I learned so much about myself, my addiction and my behaviors. I was actually able to change my life by changing my thinking and my behaviors. I'm not perfect, and thank goodness that I didn't have to be for Hotse and all of the Meridian Family to love me. T.J. and Melissa are amazing. My therapist Christina was so understanding and loving. Pete is a BHT and is one of the most wonderful people I've ever met in my life. Mark (the clinical director) has the best sense of humor, but is so knowledgeable about addiction and how to overcome it by changing my behavior. Not only did I get sober and am able to stay sober, one day at a time, I also found out that I can have fun and laugh in recovery. I would not be the woman of integrity that I am today without Hotse and my Meridian Family. So give it a chance! It just might save your life!!!

Meridian has changed my life

My name is Gina D. and I have been an Alumnus of Meridian Treatment Solutions since June of 2014. I can honestly say, without any doubt whatsoever, that if it wasn’t for Meridian I would not be alive today. They showed me that there was light at the end of the tunnel when I saw only darkness – they gave me hope when I had none. From the moment I stepped into Meridian, until the time that I walked out after completing my program, I knew that I would somehow be OK. The staff at Meridian is top notch and professional starting at the very top with Hotsie and Caren all the way down to the wonderful Techs. The Counselors here are among the best that I have ever seen anywhere. The one-to-one attention that they all give to their clients is unprecedented and something that you simply do not see at any other Treatment Facility anywhere. They truly care about each and every one of their clients and would always go to great lengths in order to assist them in their quest for sobriety. Their facilities are more than adequate and they seem to be constantly expanding to accommodate additional clients. I can literally go on and on listing all of the positive aspects of Meridian Treatment Solutions but I’ll simply stop here and say that they are heads above all the rest! Needless to say, I would highly recommend it to anyone who finds the need for recovery.

Wow where to begin? I came to Meridian for IOP over a year and a half ago it changed my life ~it helped me become the woman I am today. There is no better program in south Florida and if you are trying to get sober and dive in to your recovery then Meridian is the place to go. The facility is one big family and the owners are actually apart of the solution to helping you stay sober. I still cherish the life long friends I met at Meridian and the memories I made here by taking the first step to a new life. Meridian is amazing and I loved it & I promise you will too!

Meridian is a great place with the most caring staff I've ever encountered. I've had my fair share of treatment centers, and I can honestly say hands down the best place I've been to. Coming up on 9 months sober, it is also the longest time I've had away from drugs and alcohol. This place has an effectiveness that is indescribable. The group is small which gave me more of a chance to focus on individual therapy, yet being able to form close relationships with other clients. I'll forever be thankful to everyone who aided in my recovery, and am happy to have been a part of their experience. THANKS to Meridian, and Hotse I've gotten my life back! =)
